Let Us Treat Water Well

If all oceans in this world are combined and made as ink, it would never be enough to write Allah’s wisdom and also never be able to finish writing all His blessings to human beings. Human beings have been living for centuries, generations and ages have been changing as well. The man discovery of science are also incredible as part of Allah’s blessings. Then, we are also amazed with what Dr. Masaru Emoto has done with his observation of water.

Water is a great gift of grace and bless from Allah for each human being. There is a quotation from Qur’an, “…And We have made from water every living thing (Al-Anbiya’ [21]: 30). Water is the most important living source. It is soft, but its power is amazing. Still water in the lake could be drifting. Water unites several kinds of building materials of hard elements to a strong wall. Seawater can change into tsunami and destroys the towns. Water is also a key factor for other living creatures, such as animals and plants.

We are really unable to count Allah’s blessings which He manifests in the form of water. “Allah is He who has created the heavens and the earth and sends down water (rain) from the sky, and thereby brought forth fruits as provision for you; and He has made the ships to be of service to you, that they may sail through the sea by His Command; and He has made rivers (also) to be of service to you.” (Ibrahim [14]: 32).

A book, that is the result of Dr. Masaru Emoto’s research, has brought deep wisdom of the characteristics of water and its power to all of us. Water can actually responds to the ways of treating, words, writing or pictures, even voices. Finally, it is already proved that the perfect shape of water is hexagonal with many beautiful crystals forming its shape.

Hexagonal water is the most important water for health because of its shape. It functions as an antioxidant by tie up radical factors H+ and OH-. Therefore, if such water is consumed, it may cause influenza, cough, vomit, sweat, allergy, and defecate or urinate. These kinds of reactions are natural as there is a possibility that hexagonal water is cleaning the poisons in the body. Such reaction is usually called detox effect or homeostatic.

Dr. Masaru Emoto has been successful in proving that water which receives positive response, including prayer, will give beautiful hexagonal shape. The research was conducted for 2 months. Together with his best friend Kazuya Ishibashi (a scientific expert in using microscope), Dr. Masaru succeeded in taking picture of water crystals by freezing water to –25 centigrade and highly speedy photo equipments. Then, he observed water using its responses against words, pictures and voices. He found out that water formed the most beautiful hexagonal crystal when it received the words of “love and thank you.” Then, it didn’t form any crystal or made disorderly crystal when it received “you stupid.”

Allah, the Most Holy, water can deliver message or information of what it receives. For Moslems, we can refer to what Mohammed said. “Zamzam will do the message and will of those who drink it.” If someone drinks it because s/he wants to be satisfied, then s/he will be. If someone drinks it because s/he wants to get recovered from her/his illness, s/he will be cured. Doesn’t zamzam contain messages of goodness filled with prayer from millions of people for thousands years since Abraham? How incredible the power of zamzam is. And Dr. Masaru also already took the pictures of zamzam showing its beautiful crystals.

I really appreciate for what Dr. Masaru Emoto and his partner, Kazuya Ishibashi, have done. Their findings have opened the lessons on how we should treat water because 70% of our body consists of water. Even 74.5% of our brain which we use to think contains water. We are water that we can also respond the ways of treating us. The quality of water in this world is decreasing because of human’s wrong treatment. Even, according to Dr. Masaru Emoto in his book titled The Secret Life of Water, tsunami disaster in Aceh might be caused by the tension and fear resulting from RI-GAM war that water really could read the anxiety of Acehnese. Only God knows the truth.

The True Power of Water more clearly and incredibly explains the true power of water through amazing observation. Beside that, Dr. Masaru also discovered the effect of energy waves which he calls Hado. Then, from this Hado, he could format the effect of water energy to heal various kinds of disease. Again, Allah gives His great gift of energy waves through His knowledge to human beings.

Therefore, no more excuses for us not to treat water well as an expression of gratitude to the Creator of water. For example: economizing water usage, praying before drinking or taking a bath, not throwing sewage into water, and other positive ways. And quoting from the Noble Qur’an again, “And (remember) when Musa (Moses) asked for water for his people, We said: ‘Strike the stone with your stick.’ Then gushed forth therefrom thevle springs. Each (group of) people knew its own place for water. ‘Eat and drink of that which Allah has provided and do not act corruptly, making mischief on earth.” (Al-Baqarah [2]: 60).

May Allah always keeps our heart to be unceasingly thankful for His blessings, such as water and make it a lesson how meaningful our life is. Happy reading and spread the wisdom of this book to your best friends.

INTRODUCTION

Even though I have been learning about water for a long time, my academic background was not science. I took American and Chinese studies, Department of International Relation, Faculty of Humanities and Science, Yokohama University. So, my academic background was free art. In 1987, when I reached 43 years old, I had an obsession to reveal the secret of water. At that time I worked for a trading company. In one occasion, a friend of mine introduced me with water that worked incredibly on my ill foot. This experience really inspired me.

Since then I was curious to learn about water more deeply. Through several researches, I obtained further information about water. What I mean information here was not something I obtained from the television, radio, or articles published in magazines or newspaper. But, information I gained was the external factors which can influence human mind and body. For example, of you see a beautiful scenery, you will feel peaceful or if you listen to a beautiful music, you heart will feel the comfort. Information about these external factors can affect human mind and body.

After conducting researches for years, I came to a conclusion that water can change its quality based on the information it brings. Unfortunately, this opinion was still a radical one and was not acceptable for conventional science. Therefore, I had to find something that could be used as a physical fact to support above opinion.

One day, I read a book titled “The Day That Lightning Chased the Housewife; And Other Mysteries of Science”, which was written by David Savold, and Julia Leigh as the editor. One of its subjects that drew my attention was “Are snow crystals identical?”

The book concludes that more than millions years there haven’t been two identical snow crystals. I had learned about this when I was a child. Nothing was new. In my observation context, the subject was not more than an ordinary opinion. Then, an idea came into my mind: “How if I freeze water and see the crystal?” I then asked a young scientist, who is my partner, to start an experiment (explication of the experiment will be discussed further in this book). After struggling for two months, finally in September 1994, my partner succeeded in taking pictures of beautiful hexagonal water crystal. It was the first picture of water crystal in the world.

Once I published the finding for the first time in a book titled “Hado no Shinri” (The Truth of Wave Fluctuation) in November 2004 though PHP Publishing, the world was shocking. I also never expected that later on this finding lead me to an award. I thought there had been someone did researches on water, long time before I did.

Since then, I was familiar with water. After we were successful in taking the pictures of water crystal in 1994, we have been keeping on colleting the pictures of water crystal for 5 years. During those years, I wrote several books regarding Hado (energy or quiver in all things, which will be explained in details later), and a book concerning the result of water experiments, as well as presented my works in three campuses. But, I did not find anyone who had previously known this water observation.

By the end of 1998, I presented my works in the meeting of Society for Human Body Science which was held in University of Tenri. Dr. Kazuo Murakami, a famous scientist in gene and a professor in University of Tukuba (now he has retired) was one of the participants. His compliment was the first one I received from a scientist.

Then, I decided to publish the pictures of water crystal in a book titled Message from Water which with the help of my wife, Kazuko in 1999. The book was translated into English with title Sekaihatsu (World First). The bilingual, Japanese and English, language which were used to explain each picture have changed my life as many foreigners are later interested in reading it. Now the book has been translated into 23 languages.

As time goes by, it has been 6 years since I published my first book. Nowadays I have been receiving invitations to become a speaker about water and Hado from many countries all over the world.

The public interest and responses upon my presentation are very amazing. About 3 years ago I was interviewed by the Director of Public Relations of Siemens. After the interview, Siemens and I started to provide Hado water (water with positive energy) for the company canteen. In Augsburg, every year I was invited to deliver about Hado in front of thousands of people. Since 2002 they called the symposium as Hado. Even in Germany, Hado has become a word.

In Holland, I was given a great honor to meet Princess Irene, the sister of Queen Beatrix. Princess Irene is a naturalist, and she invited around 7 or 8 students to a private discussion. I was nominated as a scientist presenting about water. This discussion also involved a famous British biologist, Rupert Sheldrake. The report of the discussion was published in Holland.

In North America, I gave lecturers in several cities in the United States, and twice in Harvard University. I also received many requests to be a speaker in Canada due to high interest in nature and environmental issues there. During seminar tour in Canada in May 2003, I visited Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, and Toronto, where SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) became a highlight.

The more countries I visited, the more people were surprised. But I have never met a person who has done the same experiments or none has ever knows about the experiment I have conducted. An ordinary man like me without sufficient knowledge about biology or religion, suddenly now becomes a water researcher giving lecturers to many countries all over the world and writing books about water which are later published and translated into many languages. This fact shows how small observation of water has been done so far, and how long its true power is ignored.

Seventy per cent of adult human body consists of water. Therefore, it can be said that we are water. Water was previously difficult to observe. Probably that is the reason why we find it difficult to understand other people or ourselves.

We usually drink without paying attention to what we drink. We know that water is very important for our survival, but as we often hear about this, we rarely appreciate water. Following are several questions and opinions which are going to be discussed in this book:

1. How serious do you observe to the characteristics of water?
2. Are you aware that water you drink can increase the quality of your health and life?
3. Do you know that your consciousness can change water? If you are thankful to water, its quality increases. If you mention negative word to water, or ignore it, its quality decreases?

The 20th century is called as Aquarius century. In astrology, Aquarius is symbolized by man carrying water. On the other hand, the United Nations decided 2005 as “The Beginning of Water Decade (2005-2014).” We cannot consider this as a meaningless musical instrument.

Let us keep studying water and continuously treating water well. Then, let us keep learning about ourselves. The more you understand about water, the clearer you see yourself. The clearer you see yourself, you will be able to ‘see’ community, nation, world, earth, universe, and even God. This may happen because “Water is the first principal of everything” (an ancient Greek philosophy).

If this book can make you think positively about water and think about the importance of living healthily and happily, it will be a great satisfaction for as a writer.

THE DISCOVERY PROCESS….

How Did the Research Start?

As I explained in the introduction, I started having the idea to take the pictures of water crystal coincidentally when I opened a book and saw one of the subjects “Are there any identical snow crystal?”

It was also a coincidence that my working place hired Mr. Kazuya Ishibashi, a researcher who learned about applied science in Doctoral Program of Kumamoto University. Therefore, he was an expert in conducting observation with microscope. I hired a microscope with high resolution and asked for his help to take pictures of ice crystals. He wondered and I told him, “I am sure we can. We have to able to take pictures.”

The young man looked not so convinced. With a serious look, he said, “Mr. Emoto, based on my knowledge and experience, I will not be able to take pictures of water crystals.”

Two months since I asked him to take pictures of water crystal, he did the job again and again by freezing water and observing it under the microscope. Day by day, he could only find disappointment. I accompanied him completing his jobs till late night and treated him free ‘sake’.

One thing I could do at that time was entertaining him as I did not have any skills to conduct the research. I also had to keep motivating him to continue the research with harder effort in the laboratory.

My wife often teased, but fortunately, Mr Ishibashi who executed it, and not me, saw the result of his job. I agreed with the opinion that our succeed in taking the pictures of water crystal for the first time in the world was due to my cooperation with Mr Ishibashi, a man with great patience. After working hard for two months, finally we succeeded in taking a picture of water crystal.

I would never forget the face of Mr Ishibashi when in a hurry he rushed out of the laboratory bringing a picture of water crystal which was later shown to me. Reminding this, I was aware that our goal was purely completing the challenge of taking the pictures of water crystal. Mr Ishibashi, who was previously in doubt, perhaps was affected by my enthusiasm that he was very sure with what we had done. Perhaps that’s the reason why water shows its beautiful shape to us. If only our goal had been money, I thought water would not have responded our enthusiasm by later forming a crystal.

We kept on conducting the research and taking pictures that we obtained better understanding on the best method in conducting the research. We then used 3 big freezers which could maintain the temperature at –50C (230F)

How did we take the pictures? I am going to introduce you with our newest method. First, put the water sample into a glass bottle, then give information to the water such as words, pictures or music for a while. Then, put water into 40 saucers with diameter of 5 cm or 2.5 inch. These saucers are then freezed in the freezer under temperature –250C (130F) or lower for three hours. When the saucers are taken out of the freezer, ice drops will be formed with spherical-shape inside resulting from surface pressure. The size is very small (less than a half inch). Every ice drop is then observed under the microscope.

If there is no problem, a crystal starts to shape along with the temperature increase and ice is melting. After one or two minutes, the crystal starts opening like a blooming flower. All 40 saucers contain the same freezed water at the same time. But not all ice drops can form crystals. If ice on several saucers form a beautiful crystal, some others not at all. (See Picture 1.1).

If we generate a statistics, we can categorize the result, i.e. beautiful crystal, failed crystal and those who do not form any crystal at all. Therefore, water crystal also shows the quality of water we observe.

Researches on Natural Water, Running Water and Mineral Water

While we were keeping on taking pictures, I obtained something. Running water did not form any crystal at all, while natural water or pure water could form crystals. The beautiful crystals of the natural water were in groups; the shape was hexagonal. I did not believe when I saw the pictures of frozen running water. The shapes of crystals were so poor, very different from the shape of regular crystals.

This made me think why people became more dislike running water, particularly those who are in the developed countries where chlorine is added into water to kill bacteria. Such water doesn’t taste fresh and is also not good for health that people like drinking mineral water more even though they had to pay more. Finally, I decided to observe the shape of crystals and natural water, running water and mineral water in order to compare the quality.

People often asked about the definition of “natural water”. If we define natural water as water without human’s influence, then there is not natural water in the world. We, human beings, definitely have polluted air. In the atmosphere, water forms clouds and returns onto the earth in the form of rain. When water reaches soil, water is absorbed into the earth, which we have polluted, too. So, we cannot say that water doesn’t get the influence from human beings.

I don’t want to create a rigid definition about the term of “natural water.” As far as I know, natural water is water coming out of the soil after rainfalls, which is previously filtered by the earth.

Our research on natural water and running water resulted an interesting finding. Running water taken from my office in Tokyo could not form any crystal, while natural water forms crystals. In broad outline, quality of running water in Tokyo was not good because we took some samples from several places in Tokyo and none of those samples formed crystals.

Then, we took samples of running water from other cities: starting from Hokkaido, in the north; to Kyushu and Okinawa, in the south. The result was that running water from Sapporo, Sendai, Nagoya, Kanazawa, Osaka, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and Naha could not form crystals. One interesting phenomenon was that running water from Katano, a region in the south of Osaka near border of Kyoto and Nara, could form beautiful crystals because 60% of the running water was from underground water.

I had previously expected that water in Asia would be of good quality, but we found out that the quality of water from Hongkong, Macao and Bangkok were poor.

How about water in Europe? Every time I visited big cities in Europe, such as London, Paris, and Rome, I often took samples of running water and then took pictures, but those formed shapes which were far different from a shape of crystal. Running water in Venice, a city which is well-known as Water City, was a little bit better compared to other cities, but still also formed shapes which were not similar with crystal.

In regards with running water cities which did not disappoint us was Vancouver in Canada, Buenos Aires in Argentine, and Manaus in Brazil. I admired those cities whose running water could shape beautiful crystals compared to other cities. Those cities are located nearby natural water sources. After several years conducting our research, we had never expected that there were still good quality running water like running water from those cities.

Collecting water samples during summer in Japan was fun. Eighty percent of Japanese regions are mountainous. Because Japan is located in humid temperature zone in Asia, rainfall is absorbed in mountain and forest. After being filtered underground, water will vaporize in several places in Japan. There are no developed countries which are rich with natural water like Japan.

Water resulting from natural filter system will taste fresh and good for health, but Japan is a country that has never experienced the burst of natural water. Someone who has made comparison between price of water and oil stated that the price of water is nearly the same as oil price, even though the oil price including buying price, shipping cost and purification. Depending on the kind, water price could be more expensive than water.

One thing to remind: many people want to drink natural water with good quality even though they have to pay more. But, though it is expensive, natural water is now becoming polluted. Based on test result conducted by Health Science Institute in Yokohama, several chemical ingredients were found in several mineral water. This finding was published in the front page of Mainichi Daily on April 20, 2003. Following is the quotation of the published article:

Health Science Institute of Yokohama reported that formaldehyde and acetaldehyde were contained in several mineral water brands sold in Japan. If it was compared to running water in Yokohama, then the mineral water contained 80 times of these chemicals. But, this condition did not endanger human body because the quality of the mineral water had met the standard requirements from the Food Health Bureau; criteria for mineral water were lesser than running water. The minister of Health, Labour, and People’s Welfare of Japan had issued regulations on producing new water standards in winter last year. However, these standards were still not effective for controlling the use of aldehyde.

Investigation was conducted on 30 mineral water packages which were sold in Yokohama. Fourteen out of them are imported from the United States, France, and Canada; the rest, i.e. sixteen, are local samples taken from 10 prefectures. By using analytic methods developed by the Health Science Institute, the water mineral was investigated whether it contains formaldehyde and acetaldehyde.

It was found that aldehyde was contained in 19 water mineral - 5 were imported, 14 were local samples.

The highest formaldehyde contents found in one of local samples was 59 grams per liter. For acetaldehyde, one of US-imported mineral water contained 260 grams per liter. Both already exceeded the maximum allowance for running water in Yokohama (13 microgram for formaldehyde and 3.1 microgram for acetaldehyde).

In Japan, mineral water is classified as soft drink and has to meet the standards of Health Food Bureau. But this standard does not mention the specification of aldehyde. On the contrary, running water purification standard use formaldehyde as a control, and indicator value of 80 microgram per liter along with monitoring of maximum tolerance for both.

The reason of the pollution of this water was during the manufacturing processes, but the Health Food Bureau stated that the factor is yet unclear. The cause had also nothing to do with packaging.
Epidemiological research showed that formaldehyde is included in carcinogens-a substance that can cause cancer. Beside, formaldehyde is also considered as a factor causing sick-house syndrome and hypersensitivity to chemicals. Acetaldehyde is categorized as carcinogen after investigation conducted on animals.

What I was previously afraid of, now is becoming a reality: water mineral was contaminated by human hands. But in Japan, not many people pay attention to this issue whereas the Westerns have made it as discussion topic.

Then we decided to take pictures of mineral water crystal. Among 3 brands we selected, 2 of them were local brands which successfully formed beautiful crystals. I hoped that this was not a coincidence and both mineral water remain in good condition.

In future, the number of mineral water companies will decrease because the Western people start avoiding mineral water.

When I visited Canada for the purpose of being a speaker there, I bought a very interesting bottled water, that was, remineralized water, which was sold by a very well-known water bottling company. Remineralized water meant several minerals which are not used by our body are omitted; and then other minerals required are put into the water.

A number of minerals are absorbed into water during filtering process underground. So far we seems to ‘appreciate’ these minerals and let them into our body. The interesting point is that mineral water products I mention above took advantage from the reality that the minerals had been omitted.

For this particular case, it would be accurate if above was called as “distilled water” rather than “natural water.” I did not see the product when I visited Canada one year before. But then, I saw it everywhere. I remembered when this product was also served in Air Canada during flight.

By using the term “natural water” nowadays, it can be definitely imagined how the fate of running water into which chlorine and other chemicals are always added.

The Awareness of the Society to Change the Water Quality

During sampling processes and taking pictures of several kinds of water, I saw that quality of water crystal does not solely depend on its kind, i.e. whether it is natural water or running water. Finally, I reached a hypothesis: “Water can form different crystals depending on the information it receives.” I am sure that the different ice crystal does not only depend on the existence of chlorine or not, but also information affecting it.

To test this hypothesis, I put water into two glasses. One glass was labeled with “Thank you”, and the other one labeled with “You idiot”. With its own ability, it could “read”. Water of the two glasses came from the same source. (See Picture 1.4). Then, I froze the water which was inside the glasses.

The result was beyond my hypothesis. Water labeled with “Thank you” formed beautiful hexagonal crystals, whereas water labeled with “You idiot” only formed crystal pieces.

If water gathers information and crystals reflects the alphabets inside the information, it means that the quality of water can change depending on the information it receives. In other words, information we give to the water will its quality.

This happening gave me more motivation to conduct research on water. At the same time, I started imagining how people would be happy if they drink water good quality.

Water Can Understand Words

Because of above research had convinced me that my theory was correct, we started giving various information to the water, freezing it, and then taking its crystals pictures. The results were very interesting.

We kept on finding that water responded positive words by forming beautiful crystals. If water wanted to express joy, the crystals would bloom like a flower. On the contrary, if negative words shown to water, it would not form any crystals.

For example, when we showed the word “happy” to water, it would form a beautiful and proportional crystals like diamond cut. On the other hand, when the word “not happy” showed to water, the crystal pieces were not proportional. It seemed it had been trying very hard to form crystals, but it run out of its energy as happiness vanished from the water.

We continued the research by showing two antonymous words to the same water, i.e. “good” and “bad”, “like” and “dislike”, “strong” and “weak”, “angel” and “devil”, and “peace” and “war”. No crystals formed unless it received positive words.

The interesting point was that water would respond foreign positive words in similar crystals. Water would form beautiful crystals when it received a word expressing thankfulness, such as: thank you (English), duoxie (Chinese), merci (French), danke (German), grazie (Italian), and kamsahamnida (Korean). (See picture 1.5).

Apparently water really would understand the meaning of the words shown – in this case, water could the gratitude-and later brought the information into itself. Water recognized words not only as a simple design, but water could understand their meanings. When it realized that words gave positive messages, it would form crystals. Perhaps water could understand the feelings of the person writing those words.

While we were showing words to water and taking pictures of the crystals, my eyes once focused on one of those pictures.

The shape of the crystal was very beautiful compared to other crystal I had ever seen. I was very hypnotized with its beauty. It bloomed incredibly like a blooming flower, as if it wanted to illustrate the movements expressing its enjoyment. The words we gave were “Love and thank you.”

Since then, we talked various words to the water, showed beautiful pictures, and played therapeutic music. But we had never seen any more beautiful crystals, but the crystals shaped from the words “Love and thank you.”

For water, “Love and thank you” must have been the best information it had ever got.

We are Water

In my research, it is more clearly seen that quality of water could become better or worse, depending on the information it received. This convinced me that we, human beings, are also influenced by the information we receive because 70% of human body is water.

In human regeneration concept, fertilized ovum consists of 96% water. After being born, 80% of baby’s body is water. As human grows, when s/he reaches adulthood, water percentage decreases and reaches 70%. In other words, so far we have been living as water. So, actually human is water.

We can also say that the beginning of life starts from water and will end with water. Fetus that is growing within a mother’s womb illustrates our evolution processes – from “sea” to human. Amnion liquid in mother’s womb has similar component with seawater. Then, fetus will be waiting for its birth within “sea” inside the mother’s womb and it takes a breath through placenta.

Water also plays an important role when we die. In Japan, we have a custom in which we give water to deceased. By using cotton balls or leaves of Shakimi tree, we moist the deceased’s lips, and pray so that s/he can live again. This is inspired by an understanding that water is the source of life.

If we take pictures of water, it can be observed that crystals will not be formed once water is frozen. Using microscope, we can observe the process of crystal forming. Crystal develops slowly and turns into perfect shape within 1-2 minutes. The time for a crystal from forming, growing and disappearing takes 2 minutes. For me, these processes symbolizes

Because the quality of water depends on the information received, the logical consequence is human beings-as a living creature with most of her/his element is water-should give good information. If we do this, our body and mind will be healthy. On the hand, if we receive bad information, we will feel illness.

In short, we are water. By consuming water of good quality, we can maintain our health. Unfortunately, good and pure water becomes a high-priced commodity. Several centuries ago wars took place in search for heat source, i.e. oil. Many people predict that war will take place this century to fight over water. During the 20th century, we keep exploiting oil in huge quantity. In 1900, world population reached 1.5 billions. By 2000, the figure became 6 billions. Naturally, we need enormous energy to support the population growth. But we keep using coils and petroleum, while the toxin resulted from both will pollute the atmosphere, spread to south hemisphere. Finally, polluted rainwater will fall and be absorbed underground.

Water cycles happen once in 30-40 years. It means that rainwater fell 30 years ago will become the underground water we drink right now. As industrial wastes increase incredibly since the World War II, the quality of water has been drastically decreasing. Sixty years after that war, we will have no other choice but to drink polluted water.

Water with good quality will be hard to find, and war to fight over good water source will be inevitable. These wars can trigger a new world war. But, to what extent it is worth to fight over water sources? Because even if water is not polluted, water perhaps already contains negative information about the wars. In the research we had conducted, we found out that water could not form crystal after it received the word “war.”

There is Still a Hope

My illustration about future is perhaps somewhat distressing. However, there is still a hope. Environment has the ability to cure itself if we treat it better and give more attention on the pollution in the surroundings. During my researches, the quality of water is increasing compared to several years ago. In other words, while the quality of underground water is decreasing, the quality of rainwater is increasing.

Several years ago we took samples of rainwater from several cities in Japan, and then took its crystal pictures. Several years later we repeated the research and compared the results. In our first research, we could not good crystal pictures from rainwater of Biei in Hokkaido, Sendai, Tokorozawa in Saitama Perfecture, Asakusabashi in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka. If I should draw a conclusion, I can say that rainwater of Osaka built a certain shape which was similar with a crystal.

Biei is located in a calm and beautiful countryside, but the quality of the rainwater was not so good. This condition was understandable because even though Biei has beautiful scenery, ozone layer over Hokkaido was already damaged that this region also got the impact of acid rain.

But when we came back to those cities to take some samples again several years later, all rainwater, except rainwater from Asakusabashi in Tokyo, made crystals. I was very surprised with the different pictures between the first sample of rainwater from Tokorozawa which did not form a crystal with the second sample which showed a distinct hexagonal crystal.

Although rainwater from Tokyo did not form a perfect crystal, it was in process of making a perfect one, but it lost its energy to build the crystal perfectly. At least, it had tried. (see Picture 1.7).

In short, the qualities of rainwater in all over Japan in several years lately have made significant changes. This was not very surprising as many people started discussing about environment and doing many efforts to improve the environment. The result was that in several years, the condition of air has been becoming better. Previously, rainwater fell after being polluted by dirt air, but now rainwater is becoming cleaner so that it can be absorbed underground without pollution. This is, of course, a good sign for us.

As the water cycles need 20-40 years to form rain, we also need to wait until the quality of water is improved and drinkable. We have to be patient to see poor quality of underground water for these several decades, before the condition of water becomes better. Anyhow, research about water gives us the reasons to be more serious in managing environmental issues for the sake of earth and next generation in the future.

Let’s remind ourselves that water receives the information of “love and thank you” will build very beautiful crystals. Water gives us an incredible lesson to us: that we should lead this life well, and keep maintaining the health of our body and mind. By focusing “water crystal” as the main topic, we continue our “journey” to our understanding of the true power of water.

GETTING TO KNOW WATER WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND AND BODY

Water and Hado

Water, which is sensitive to a kind of invisible energy, is called Hado. This particular energy can affect the quality of water and water crystal. In my first book, The Hidden Messages in Water, Hado means “waves fluctuation”. In this book, the word Hado means all kinds of invisible energy in the universe.

All things in this world have waves or Hado. The energy can be positive or negative, and can be transferred from one thing to another. The meaning of “You idiot” has its own Hado, which is later absorbed by water and appears again in the form of crystal when the water is frozen. On the other hand, if positive meanings are shown to the water, beautiful crystal will be formed as a refection of positive Hado. Hado, as you can see, forms the response of the water to information received.

To give further explanation about the concept of Hado, I used a tuning fork as a sample. When you were in the elementary school, perhaps you were used to use a tuning fork with rubber hammer, and then you were curious how it worked. Let’s say we have 3 tuning forks. Fork# 1 and Fork# 2 have each 440 Hz while frequency for Fork# 3. In other words, Fork# 1 and #2 are designed to create waves 440 X per second, while Fork# 3 to create 442 X per second.

If you beat Fork# 1 using a rubber hammer, Fork# 2 which as the same frequency will make resonance, but not Fork# 3. Fork# 2 resonates through waves from Fork# 1, but Fork# 3 does not resonate. (See Picture 2.1.).

Beside that, because Fork# 1 and 2 have the same waves, i.e. 440 Hz, then “la” will be produced at C major or A major key. If you make sounds of do, re, mi, fa, so, and si, Fork# 1 and #2 will not resonate; these forks only resonate against “la”.

Above explanation might give you the understanding that Hado is energy. If there are two things having the same frequency, they will resonate each other. Therefore, it is not surprising if we, as human beings, can easily produce Hado. Basically, things having the same Hado with ours can resonate with our body. On the other hand, we can resonate with Hado coming from other things having the same Hado as ours.

Every single thing has its own intrinsic waves. Things here refer to all atoms which form a molecule, and sub-atom particles forming an atom. In other words, each sub-atom particle has its own intrinsic waves.

Our mind and body are influenced by other things’ intrinsic waves we use to resonate. In human interrelationship, we are often not compatible with someone else. Actually, this is about waves and resonance.

In the office, perhaps you often face a situation as follows: an employee thinks “I know, my boss is very kind, but we are not compatible each other. I find it hard to talk with him.” At the same time, the boss feels, “He has been working very hard, but I don’t like what he has done.”

The employee and the boss clearly do not have the same length of waves. How hard they try, the efforts will be useless. But if they use their Hado – that is, thinking from other people’s perspective – they will be able to understand each other.

Another example of using Hado in human interrelationship is a story about a man meeting a woman and then they fall in love each other. When they meet, their Hado also ‘meet’ and resonance takes place. As long as their Hado are not influenced by external factor (e.g. dishonesty), their relationship will not last. On the contrary, if one of their Hado is disrupted, words, behaviours, habits, or other activities, which are previously acceptable, suddenly cannot be tolerable by the other. Their relationship may end.

That is the reason why Hado at sub-atom particle level can affect us.

Hado for Therapy

Several years ago I knew a radio that was able to check various waves of human body at cell level. Then I developed this equipment to check waves of human body at sub-atom particle level that it can be used to check Hado. The experience I had with this equipment made me realized about the water ability to receive information. This experience also brought me to the research on Hado as medicine, i.e. a kind of alternative medicine – many researchers have been currently studying various kinds of alternative therapy because they feel the weaknesses of Western conventional medicine.

The use of Hado equipment is indeed very helpful to my research on Hado therapy, but I am also sure that human also can feel and send Hado like the equipment. For example, paramedics and counselors should have the ability to send positive waves so that abnormal waves of the patients can be improved.

The basic principal of Hado therapy is waves and resonance. When – due to several reasons – waves in several part of our body are disturbed, our body will be also disturbed. If this situation happens, new external waves will intrude into disturbed cells to later resonate with the disturbed cells. On the other side, the disturbed intrinsic waves will be stored. This is the simple illustration about Hado therapy. Now, the question is how to fix the disturbed intrinsic wave?

Hado is wave. Wave takes the form of hill and valley. When a wave is opposite the intrinsic wave – hill against valley or the other way – the intrinsic wave can hold out. (see picture 2.2). By locating one wave over another, its original characteristics will disappear.

Let me illustrate the concept of Hado using sound waves. Sound wave also takes the form of hill and valley (fluctuation). If you use another opposite wave against the sound wave of a particular thing, the sound wave will be restrained and sound disappears.

“It can’t happen,” perhaps you think so. But in fact, there were several scientists conducted researches on creating serene environment by using the concept.

On 10th April 1991, Yoimuri Daily issued an interesting article with title: “The use of sound to eliminate noise, i.e. by using the opposite wave against wave eliminating noise.” This article told about research on Hado application. Following is the detail:

Dr. Yoshio Yamasaki from Science and Engineering Laboratory of Waseda University, in his research, had been successful in creating a calm area and without noise in a room of full music. This discovery was the latest method for creating a calm area using sound that can absorb noise. The application of this discovery was expected to help certain places, such as entertainment arena and office buildings, i.e. making calm area around location of telephone devices.

Both music and human voices have their own intrinsic waves. The basic principle of this method is testing the fluctuating waves against to-be-eliminated sound, and producing the opposite fluctuating waves.

The experiment was conducted in a square room type of 38.4 meters. To study the effect of sound elimination, Dr. Yoship analyzes the shape of music wave from a speaker, while from the other two speakers he made the opposite waves.

The result of the experiment showed that sound of the music really disappeared at target point. At several inches from the target point, the main components: male voice and sound of music which had lower waves of several hundreds Hertz also disappeared. By adding more speakers, it was expected that the isolated area would be widened.

The result of experiment was presented in International Symposium concerning Active Control over Sound and Wave, on 9 April 1991 in Tokyo. Dr Yamasaki commented, “This a method using sound to eliminate sound. If previously when you want to call without noise, you had to do it a limited area. In my opinion, this method can be applied to other situations.”

Based on my understanding, this method could be also applied to eliminate noise in auto machine and decrease noise in trains and factories.

The concept of withholding the waves of a tested object by giving the opposite waves is not limited to sound waves. This also prevails in all waves (Hado). Hado thereapy can use this particular concept for curing patients by sending Hado which can withhold the unwanted Hado inside the patients. Water is an integral component-you will understand this comcept later.

Through writing and lectures, I have been promoting Hado actively. But as I am getting busier with my writings and lectures, I am not involved directly in checking people’s Hado using Hado instrument for therapy. (Currently I have 20 practitioners, who were my ex-students, handle Hado therapy in Japan).

To help sick people, first we check his/her Hado by using Hado instrument. Then, we prepare water as a media for receiving information transfer (the checked Hado) from Hado instruments. The water is used to help fixing the disturbed wave of the body. This Hado water will be absorbed in molecules, atoms, sub-atom particles as formation factors of human body, and later is used to stop the disturbed wave. By drinking this Hado water, the sick person will be able to fix the disturbed wave. I have been using this instrument for checking thousand of people’s Hado.
Revealed Truth: “Anxiety Often Causes Diseases”

From several researches conducted, I found many general characteristics causing human diseases. Beside that, I also found a close correlation between emotions and human body.

In 1995, I did Hado testing to a hundred people. I checked them based on kinds of emotions usually appear (there were 38 kinds, including stress, anxiety, depression, irritation, confusion and fear), and then checked which part of the body resonating to each kind of emotion. Table 1 shows the results.

For example, stressed people tend to have a problem in his/her urethra. Anxiety expresses problem in cervical nerves, irritation causes parasympathetic in autonomic nerves, high level of fear disturbs the function of kidneys, and worry causes stomachache.

Right now perhaps you are thinking about your emotional and physical conditions. Do they match the results of experiment? It is true that “Anxiety often causes diseases.” If your emotional condition is improved, your health condition will be better, too.

In the medical world, “placebo effect” is often discussed. To test the efficacy of a new medicine, a pharmaceutical company cooperates with doctors for clinical tests. The conventional method uses 2 groups of patients. One drink the new medicine, while the other group is told to drink the new medicine which is actually a placebo (not a medicine, it is usually a vitamin instead).

It is understandable if the results showed that the condition of group 1 was getting better after drinking the new medicine, but the condition of group 2 was also getting better even though they only knew that they were given the same medicine and did not know that what they had drunken was a placebo. The modern healing concept cannot explain clearly about how the condition was becoming better although they only drank 1 placebo.

Undoubtedly, if we think positively, our health will be better.

Try to say an antonym of the word expressing your bad feelings. If you are “stressed”, say “relaxed”, and if your feeling is “irritated”, say “resolute”. The best and basic principle of improving your Hado is using antonymous words for the emotions you have. To understand further approach, write down those antonymous words on a paper, and show to the water. Information given to water, or in other words, Hado of the positive emotions has been transferred to the water. Then, if you drink the water, you are healing yourself with Hado therapy.

During the writing preparation of this book, I was conducting an experiment by writing words describing many kinds of emotions and put the labels on the bottle. Then, we froze the water, and then took the ice crystal pictures. The first step in this experiment was by showing words like “stress” and took the pictures. The next step we changed the label with its antonym. The results can be seen in Picture 2.3. At that time I feel, “Seeing is Believing.”

Diseases Also Have Hado

From the experiences I obtained, I come into several conclusions about issues of diseases and Hado.

Human body consists of many organs, which are formed by cells. This cell consists of molecules, a molecule consists of atoms, an atom consists of sub-atom particles.

This sub-atom particle has its own intrinsic Hado. If the wave of Hado is normal, there is no problem with human body. But if there is something disturbing wave of sub-atom particle, there will be certain part of human body becomes abnormal. In the long run, the number of sub-atom particle with disturbed wave can be increasing which later can affect the intrinsic wave at atom level.

If the number of atoms with disturbed wave is increasing, it can affect in the molecule level. One or two years later, it will affect the cells. At this point, we will start feeling several symptoms. Our body tells us that there is something wrong, i.e. sickness, fatigue, and light fever. Only after feeling these symptoms, usually people see a doctor.

In short, our body has its own healing ability. Let’s say you get influenza and do not feel good. You will get better after taking a bed rest after one day. In this case, you will have optimism and can use your natural healing ability well.

Some other people say that they feel much better after seeing a doctor. The “placebo effect” happens when the doctor says to them, “It is only influenza. You only need to take enough rest. Don’t worry. You will get recovered soon.” By listening to those sentences from the doctor, their internal anxiety and fear will really disappear. Those words urge certain power to heal themselves.

On the contrary, some other people feel that they have to see a doctor because they get influenza. This kind of people cannot get recovered by taking rest only because they tend to become anxious and frightened, even though when they are a little bit sick. In such situation, the disease will be difficult to be cured through self-healing.

How if you do not do any efforts to improve the disturbed wave of cells? What will happen in 1 or 2 years later if the disturbance will affect the wave or body organs? It sound frightening, but it can cause critical diseases. It takes 5-10 years for a disease develops from only a sick atom particle level to critical level. I am sure that each disease in internal organ has its own history.

If the disturbance is too high, the improvement will be more difficult to be done. Therefore, our concern for initial disturbance – before it is getting worse, can help the anticipation, i.e. by doing improvement action, such as changing moods. As old saying says, “Anxiety often causes diseases.”

If we want to improve the disturbed waves at disease stage, western conventional treatment is the direction. After experiment for years, the effectiveness of the western medicine has been tested clinically and is safe for consumption. I am not intending to question the effectiveness of the medicine because doctors have been making recipes based on the tested medicine. When we feel sure about certain medicine and we drink it, then generally our health will be improved.

However, it is seen from Hado perspective, it is important to improve the wave from its source, i.e. sub-atom particle level. Water is suitable for transferring information. Hado water, to be more specific, can bring Hado into the tiniest sub-atom particle, while medicine used in western treatment can only bring into cell level. This becomes the weakness of western treatment.

Anyhow, there are medicines in western treatment aiming at molecule level. This kind of medicine is usually used to relieve pain. Therefore, it is very helpful. After drinking the medicine, the relief felt by the patient can stimulate their self-healing that it can reach the sub-atom particle level. However, those medicines cannot affect sub-atom particle directly.

I think doctors can understand the work of medicine from the point of view of this wave concept. For example: aspirin for relieving headache. Seen from the point of view of wave concept, pain has its own wave. To improve it, we have to transfer another wave which can relieve the pain. Because the combination of chemical and herbal medicines can produce waves restraining the disturbed waves, symptoms of disease such as pain can be relieved.

The abnormal Hado (too many fluctuating wave) causing your headache can be relieved by the Hado of aspirin. Therefore, the headache will disappear. By matching two opposite wave fluctuations, plus and minus values become zero.

Human body consists of 60 trillions of cells. As long as these cells play their own roles in harmony, we will live healthily. Not only cell which has intrinsic wave, but also molecule, atom, and sub-atom particle. When all waves work well, they will be harmonious like an orchestra. But if there is one disturbance takes place, the inharmonious condition will replace it. This is the reason why the treatment at sub-atom particle is preferred.

Injury Also Uses the Function of Hado

Beside diseases, another factor which can affect the organ health is injury. Disease is internal problem while injury is external one. It seems to be a big difference, but from the point of view of Hado, no basic difference between both. Both are caused by the imbalance of intrinsic wave.

What does it mean with injury? In Hado, injury is disturbance in intrinsic wave which is from external factors. For example, the fast change of wave on skin cells or bones. These cells cannot hold out the changes that inflammation happens. The skin cells which are not able to keep up with the change will die.

I use body temperature as indicator for wave frequency. In the body which can sustain waves constantly, the effect to physical condition will be enormous. When an abnormal wave attacks the body, a certain point in the organ will respond it as a very hot stimulus.

That is why we often feel ‘burned’ when we get injury. We can live comfortably when the surrounding has stable waves and temperature of 36.50C (98 F).

Waves and life are interrelated each other in many ways. Someone dies when his/her hearts stops ticking. In other words, wave is life itself. Therefore, Kanji which forms the word “life” and means “vanish”, is not a coincidence.

In the next chapter, I will explain more the methods of using Hado in details. And I will also share stories about how to improve the disturbed waves so it can bring incredible healing.
