Saka New Year. Holiday again. Washing clothes and gardening were my activities in the morning. Wished to have a nice holiday, but guess, it rained heavily in the afternoon with high intensity…and the ditches overflowed. The road in front of my house looked like a small river. The parents were panic as the water began to come inside their garage and porch. On the contrary, children loved this scene very much. Some boys even swam without being worried about dirty clothes, or getting fever or influenza. Some others - still wore their raincoats or held umbrellas – played under the rain. As for me, the waterfall came into my house from the backyard part – well, actually still have no budget to put roof on it :) – that I had to open the gutter in the corner to let the water flowed outwards. But it didn’t work that I had to run it off through the bathroom by using water dipper. It’s tiring.
As the intensity of waterfall decreased, I went to a social gathering in my neighborhood. The spaghetti was very delicious and temporarily satisfied my hungry stomach hahaha….
Coming back to my home, sand covered the road in front of my house. Apparently the sand belonged to one of my neighbor who was renovating his house. The flood had washed away the sand. And…I only need to buy cement to make the road strong and tidier. No more muddy roads. But I am thinking of putting some concrete blocks on the edges.
